Yoga Events

Our group classes are based on Vinyasa Yoga. We move & flow with ease and also hold the postures to pay attention to the right alignment. We link our movement with our breath and discover many variations so everybody can adjust their practice to their needs!

Sometimes our sessions are spiced up with some Power Yoga and mellowed with Yin Yoga, a more restorative form.

The classes are held in English and French. German and Italian on demand.

In the winter, we practice in the beautiful yoga studio at the spa or in the ballrooms of the hotel to have more space.

In the summer, we enjoy yoga on the wonderful terrace and in the peaceful garden.

Do you want to try out a yoga class, but feel intimidated to come to a group class right away? Do you have an injury or any other concern and would rather book a one on one session? Or do you simply want to deepen your practice and discover inversions and other fun poses?

A private session is a great way to start with yoga, make sure you get the right alignment for your body and go deeper into details.

Of course you can also book the class together with your partner or another loved one.
